red Lobster was the first restaurant I worked at. Only reason I left was because the store closed down. Great place, Great staff. The location worked perfectly for me as well.

Over staffed to the point your shifts get cut to 3 a week (if you’re lucky to get 3) and even if you work those shifts you work 3 hours or less. They essentially back you into a corner so you have to find another job to make ends meet. Management becomes so petty if this happens, they cut your shifts down even more in hopes to force you to quit. The GM’s strength is eating candy in the office and coming out to micromanage and yell at people every now and then.
