Good opportunity for career growth. Training and coaching sessions are excellent . Learn a lot. Cons-: stesss, work load, team manager monitoring continuously puts pressure

Good work enviroment

Chances to grown in the ladder are big, people are always being promoted on the collections department, team leaders are helpful, equipment need some update since some of the chair were tearing apart

Overall good employee

Worklife balance is great - if you apply yourself, meet goals and get your work done, no one micromanages you. They will invest in you if you show the desire and work ethic. Work hard with a good attitude it’ll pay off. Benefits and employee discounts, investment programs are really good.

Sad, depressing, dressed up clowns.

Have to hit goals at a bank makes no sense for the customer. They don't care about you. Everyone is over worked and treated poorly. Easily fired. Banks are a sad environment.

Good place to work

There's a lot of micromanaging, especially in the call centres, and there's a lot of busywork made by inefficient processes - but the training is good, people are great, the management is generally solid, and the benefits & vacation are pretty good.

good company to work for and great benefits overall.mangers are helpful and supporting.salary is a bit low and not that great in terms of market standard

Good Company, Stressful department

Having to deal with angry clients constantly yelling and belittling you is stressful. Your time is micromanaged. No time between each call to decompress without your stats being affected. All about stats and less consideration for the mental strain clients cost you each day. Some managers are great, some aren't. Depends on the team you're assigned. Extremely low salary for the expectations and stress of the role. No room to progress unless you're moving up the ranks in collections - which is just more collections. Good company benefits offered, but based on your salary, you don't qualify for any bank products so its redundant.

I recommend this place, great growth and you can meet a lot of great people. You have to put in the work to make sure you can make it to where you want to be.

Overwhelming in the sense that there are many calls required to be taken per hour/dayMetric based salary increases, a lot of metrics in which employees are meant to meet every month and evaluated monthly and yearly basis for salary increases Vacation time 2 weeks plus extra days given by RBC 80% health care insurance

Lots of excel work, slow to change to more maintainable version control systems like git (though that may be a leap for some non-technical analysts). Work was fine but slow/ repetitive

Intense training with reasonable pay

Intense training. Got an interview in October right before Covid and started the actual job in February. Training is very intense, but good. Pay is not so good in terms of responsibility of the job.
