Very Stressful place to work, lots of politics, toxic culture, bad leadership, no support, Leaders don’t know or don’t want to deal with HR issues.

They didn't ask any job related questions, which I thought was odd. It was a group interview and whoever was the loudest and/or put on a show was what they are looking for. Basically you had to sell the person next to you who you never met before. Then a Dragons Den selling an item theme. They aren't looking for people who care about Customer Service or the Customer. That was clear at the interview when nothing pertained to that.

I was asked to go to a group interview. I had never been to one. Within minutes you're asked to write then communicate to everyone about why the person next to you would be a good fit for RBC. Then there's the Dragons Den theme group presenration which has nothing to do with anything. Basically they are looking for fake actor type individuals. Customer Service experience and integrity means nothing. Brush up on your acting skills.

Screening phone interview with recruiter lasts about 10-15 minutes, and was mostly a get to know you type thing. A bit about yourself and your goals, and ask you what you know about the position. After that they may instantly book you for a second phone interview a few days later or contact you later. The second phone interview with the same recruiter took 30-40 minutes, and was mostly behavior based questions and a little bit about sales background. I was given the chance to ask questions if I wanted, and at the end of the interview I was booked for an in-branch interview. The whole process so far has been quite pleasant, and the recruiter was very polite and understanding, easy to talk to, and even gave me some tips to go into the in person interview with.
