Great staff & equal learning opportunity as new staff member

I enjoyed my brief time here, the people are great to interact with (customers), and the staff went over and above accommodating everything. It's straight days aside from the odd weekend. You will need extensive background checks and be able to learn quick and rotate shift!

One free lunch a week which may not be a thing still, Pay was above average and really good benefits and stock options/ investing

Stuck inside a cement fortress and having A LOT to learn in such a little time, This type of work person is SUPER important so making a mistake can be a huge ordeal

Make Nepotism Great Again

The amount of nepotism that happens here is ridiculous. You can have a minimal understanding and no experience in you're field, but still get hired because of who you know.Management is very selective on who gets to WFH, even if you're job can be done remotely. I was unable to WFH to look after my kids on a PA day, but my manager spent most of their summer working from their cottage. The incentive to come into the office is free coffee, but that doesn't put gas in your car or pay for a babysitter.Management talks about respect, accountability, teamwork, etc. But when it comes down to it, it's all empty words. You can be a bully, but if approached by HR and deny it, they won't do anything. Every quarter there are "anonymous" employee surveys. But once the results are in, management wants to know who wrote what, and then they will be dealt with appropriately. They want to keep a positive image, even it's nonsense. There is also no job security. If someone doesn't like you, you can be laid off in the drop of a hat. We should probably form a union to prevent that from happening.I am absolutely disgusted and incredibly disappointed working here.

Arrogance and Ignorance

The company is process driven to the detriment of success and meeting the customers needs. Senior management does not know their own products and middle management are arrogant in the belief they know all that is necessary. The work culture is that of a service provider and impossible to break in regards to growth into new areas.

Dsps, health and insurance programs.

Points négatifs

The culture is very poor to the point of being harassing.
