Hired new manager for office that went lying and was caught lying several times but still was allowed to work there. Fired several workers; constant management changes every month because the owner can't find someone who actually knows what the heck they are doing.
Good place to find work but unsteady term of employment. Great pay but these are temporary positions that may or may not hire. You get the chance to work with a variety of knowledgeable people with different types of experiences.
Support residents in the community for HOA, Inspect pool, playground, tennis courts, and soccer field enforcing rules, Schedule activities and handle deposit checks , organized policy and procedure manual for team effectiveness
An average day here could be anything. The amount of different jobs you could be doing is endless and the uncertainty of having a job the next day is stressful. Overall management and co-workers are both professional but keep to themselves causing it to be a very quiet and secluded environment. This job was never very difficult due to the variety of the tasks. Most of the jobs didn't require training and where merely grunt work.
