The principle of Right at home is great as it is to care for those in needs at their own home. The carers working for the company are the one making a different to clients with very little recognition as management is awful. Specially the managing director is extremely unprofessional lacking the skill to listened to the staff and manage them in a way that practice respect and confidentiality. The office environment is extremely infectious where no support is given all the opposite you get treated as if your voice don’t matter and under appreciated. Carers can’t visit the office as the director makes it an issue and equally dislikes when carers start building a professional relationship with the office staff. Directors approach is the worse I have experienced hence why retaining the office staff is not happening lasting no longer than a few month. I will no recommend Right at home Croydon. if you want to feel value and your autonomy respected stay away from this franchise in Croydon as all it cares about is making money and ownership of your persona which violates human rights and ethics.

staff unprofessional very rude after your there for a while.when it came talking about (rude) client(s) they would take there side and not communicate with you. i was looking forward in growing and learning more with Right At Home Care but i started noticing they weren't care so much about there employees.

I wish I could have gave RAH10 stars instead of 5..Enjoyed caring for the elderly, Especially working through this Company, flexiable hours to fit my schedule with four children was an absolute blessing. This company showed great compassion to their workers and clients! Beautiful compassionate people I enjoyed working with them

I did 2 year of placement in this hospital.
lovely bunch.
although as a student , you do full 12 hour shifts , and dont get any income from it plus the studying and exam you need to take, it is a great hospital.
