Une journée typique de travail était d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des réservations, tant derrière le comptoir qu'au téléphone. Mon apprentissage était rempli d'imprévus et d'heures de travail que je ne calculais plus. J'ai trouvé une vocation. J'étais engagé comme préposée à la réception et le lendemain comme gouvernante et puis j'ai fini comme superviseure. Les difficultés (ou la peur de n'être pas à la hauteur) ne m'ont jamais arrêtés. J'aime parler de la ville et de ses nombreux attraits, j'aime le monde et l'esprit d'équipe.

There isn't enough training, the work environment is discriminatory. There is not any room to move up. management could be more supportive and appreciative of the hard work that is done

They don't provide you enough shifts. They are always looking for new workers when they have enough that's make previous workers job life difficult as they don't get any shifts

Worked here for about a year before we had to move due to my spouses job, was a very easy going environment. Easy interview and was hired on the spot.You have to deal with alot of entitled guests coming in. and the GM was terrible. He never did his job properly, was always late and leaving during the day for personal issues.

I did like working there, was definitely a challenge and I like a challenge. I do feel it's underpaid for how hard you have to work at the speed they want you to work. Also, there always seem to be a rivalry between coworkers. I liked it it kept me busy but it was just too much drama for me.

It's is not for one people

They have there people and for new ones they make it not so easy I worked my but off here and was let go with knowing why or what happened they just say.its just about your 3 months and we not keeping you not a thank for working there or nothing. Not so nice of people..and I guess I should say they have someone who is helping themselves to people things and money.

One manager here works so hard to keep this hotel running. She bends over backwards for this company. Most employees were kind the job gets tiring after a while because they begin to expect too much from one person. The people who stay here can be quite sketchy sometimes.

I worked for the company for almost two years and was truly not compensated fairly for all that was expected from me. I was paid minimum wage for overnight work. I was alone for almost all of the night with no security or protection of any sort. Management is either uninvolved or overinvolved and have expectations higher than the pay grade they give. Achievements were hardly acknowledged. There was no room for advancement, and if you did get promoted and put onto salary, you're expected to put in too many hours and end up making less than minimum wage in the end.

The staff's are friendly and warm, it's a nice environment to work in and I really enjoyed working there. Always ready to assist if you need help and willing to be of help anytime. I enjoyed working at Quality Inn and suites. I recommend it for anyone willing to work there.

Completely unprofessional here, they will not schedule you if they decide you have done something wrong. Instead of talking to you about it to resolve issues. Will leave you stranded without help on busy nights, then expect you to come back with a smile on your face.
