Great internal training and learning opportunities; but work long hours under tight deadlines. Annual salary is under the market benchmark for managers and below. In general a great start of professional career.

Senior Associate (Employé actuel) – Vancouver – 27 septembre 2017
Provide plenty of coaching and training opportunities. Work life balance does not exist during busy season, or if you are on a big client. Expectations are too high and too unrealistic, given the tight deadline and shortage of staff. Will have a good client portfolio and able to work on large well known clients. Salary is low compared to industry accountants.
