Your managérial style is just wrong. There is a Tedtalks lecture that explains why. During my time in Guelph i felt abused and degraded, not motivated by the negeative stress caused by your managerial style. A more positive style can accomplish the same goal with less stress. Also look up the difference between positive stress and negative stress.

Good service to publicly, great tenured people who still see the business as a family and care about its health and longevity. Ability to learn many aspects of the business, although this is due to constant restructuring

Treat your employees better, reward them for working hard instead of paying the same people who don't work the same amount as the hard workers who bring home the same paycheque.
