Used to be good
Some poor management decisions turned this into a really bad place to work, the turnover is high, I was there for a few years and over 30 people quit/were fired. It's hard to hang on to your job and people are very nervous.

fun work place with good staff
Feels like a family as everyone gets along and is very nice. Only real issue is how slow things are there. Numbers are tough to reach because of this.

• Built the plan and roll out of a new training manual for recruitment to ensure a smooth transition for all new hire placements

• Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of the process and drive world class service and quality of hire

• Provide Branding & Marketing support for the organization at all trade shows and career fairs

• Manage and continue to develop a dedicated territory of accounts to grow/maintain revenue and growth opportunities
