Very backwards. Key organizational goals seems to be overlooked, not much oversight into the day to day operation of different departments. Could be providing a much better service to the public with better leadership initiatives.
Interviewed in a position for government. Definitely, the government people don't want ambitious, hard-working people working for their department. It is great work if you get in, but the system of three interviewers rating you for a position is actually designed to remove ambition from the mix. If you get in, keep your mouth shut, move through the system, you get a pension. What people of the province of Nova Scotia get as a result is a group of unambitious people, who don't fix issues within the province as they are in there for the pension. So you decide if that is cool or not....as that is your tax payer money.
