Princess Auto was an amazing experience, working day-to-day with the customer was a substantial contribution to the continued operation and growth of the organization. Demonstrated a need for an ability to transfer vision into execution.
Physical demanding job, extremely likely to be hurt or injured on the job. Heavy lifting beyond labour standards. Management turns a blind eye to safety issues.
pizza days - health benefits
expect to be injured on the job - hours negatively effect family life
Because of the nature of a distribution center, always busy and there was a big variety of different tasks to complete. The culture fostered good relations between co-workers and management. There really wasn't a hardest part of the job, just really involved when busy. The best part of the job was working the loading docks. Loading and unloading sometimes up to 6-8 trailers at the same time.
The company had a lot of special events
It can get cold on the loading docks in the winter.

work culture is get in line or be invisible. Management says workers are important and they will go out of their way , but if you'er not in their plans ..good luck to you
who nuts enough to take a night job for $13 an hr come on really guys who's that desperate try 20 to 22 hr people start asking for what one is worth. taking jobs at this rate will only make company's offer this kind of pay STOP
Hardest part of the job is getting up at 5am for shift that starts at 6am. Enjoyable part of the job is the people I worked with. Typical day at work is putting stock out, receiving trucks, doing customer orders, shipping, organizing warehouse.
benefits, work hours.
Princess Auto is all about their employees. Great opportunity for training and advancement. Look up "team" in the dictionary and you would find Princess Auto!
