Avis d'employé sur Princess Auto
You get good benefits but if you're part time you can only get them after 2 years and full time 6 months I believe. Management sucks and not enough people working shifts, constant complaints from costumers about no assistance provided by employees but management still doesn't do anything about it. Management complains about employees not doing anything but standing around and just chatting when managers do the exact same thing but rather than doing it out on the floor- they do it in the back where they're not seen for their entire shift. Customers make inappropriate comments to you and feel like its okay and theres nothing employees can do about it.

Unless you are a total suck up at all times you will not be a good fit for this company, very clique, TLT's will scream at employees if they are having a bad day. Admin doesn't know how to properly schedule coverage and new management is a joke.
Enjoyed my time at Princess Auto. I was there before the new store opened. The layout, dated interior, and ancient inventory system were all drawbacks. The management really pushes customer service and mean it which I enjoyed. They were willing to do most anything to make the customer happy.
Good People, helpful leadership
Not enough hours for me, was looking for full time
Best company I have ever worked for. They really focus on treating their Staff and Customers with such respect and dignity. This is a Company which allows you to develop and reach your full potential. I would often tell new hires that with this Company, the sky is the limit. Their current CEO started out working on the sales floor. He was actually one of my District Leaders. If you want to be included in a success story, then this is the Company for you. I am still so passionate about this Company. Great place to work and amazing people. A teue family Culture. Im so excited to see where the new CEO brings the company as they move towards more exciting opportunities in the retail Market.
