-Management is rude; -Work conditions are terrible (work stand for the whole shift); -Work from 11am to 7pm without enough support from team leaders; -Abusive treatment by Regional leader, yelling on employees by the phone; -When they ask you to cover someone and you need to use Uber, they don't pay for your expenses; -Employes allocation are chosen by Regional Leader preferences instead of the employee residence location (Regional leader take decisions based on "preferences" and emotional state) low emotional intelligence; -Team leader lies while promising rate raises, but it will never happen...

Customer Service Representative at the pavilion (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 6 juillet 2019
You will be an undercover sales person posing as a customer service rep This is 100% sales job, don't be fooled. Even though you have been doing the job for a long time and meeting or exceeding all quotas and requirements this is the type of company that will make you apply for your job after your contract ends with previous contracted company. they do not care about any of your past performance, nor do they care to ease your mind and give you the job, they like to see you sweat it out the majority of your job will be customer service issues which you will have to be very knowledgeable about and this will take much of your time but ultimately you will be expected to reach sales goals. Your customer service abilities are expected but never acknowledged. you will have to rely on the support from customer service by calling them when assisting customers sometimes. If you can understand them, they are very rude and do not want, nor will they, talk to you let alone help you to help the customer. Most of them act like they have no idea who you are. You will also get many different answers from them as they don't seem to communicate there. All pc financial cares about are your sales and compliance to unrealistic rules. Communication between related departments/products and services are non-existent making you feel in the dark about current issues or new services all the time. you will always be the last to know anything, reiterating the fact that you are nobody to them
