Great call centre job
Personal Banking Representative (Ancien employé) –  Fredericton, NB21 mai 2013
It was an inbound call centre for a virtual bank that offered personal lending and banking. They have an excellent training program, salary and benefits. I learned all about personal banking products and the managers were awesome. Some of the co-works didn't like that they worked at a call centre but they were not qualified to do anything else. It was really an easy job to do, the hardest part of it was dealing with frustrated people, as expected.

Terrible Management and company policy
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (Ancien employé) –  Ontario25 juillet 2019
-Management is rude;
-Work conditions are terrible (work stand for the whole shift);
-Work from 11am to 7pm without enough support from team leaders;
-Abusive treatment by Regional leader, yelling on employees by the phone;
-When they ask you to cover someone and you need to use Uber, they don't pay for your expenses;
-Employes allocation are chosen by Regional Leader preferences instead of the employee residence location (Regional leader take decisions based on "preferences" and emotional state) low emotional intelligence;
-Team leader lies while promising rate raises, but it will never happen...

Low rate due to the job conditions (should be minimum 20!)

Numbers matter even if you excelled in Customer service

You’re judged on numbers not on customer service. Hard to sell the product which they have not made any changes for 20 years. People already have it. Management sucks too.
