The PCF President is never at the head office downtown. The VP's do not trust each other, do not collaborate amongst themselves. Upper management are forced to promote to staff a "blue culture" while they do not even believe in it, in fact they do the exact opposite (Blue culture = Blue Culture cultivates an inclusive and respectful work environment. This includes treating colleagues with dignity and fairness, and maintaining a workplace that is free of harassment, discrimination and violence. What PCF truly does and promotes is a Red Culture, it cultivates an exclusive and disrespectful work environment. This includes treating colleagues with degradation and unfairness, and maintaining a workplace that is based on harassment, discrimination and violence.)
I would never recommend anyone to work at PCF.
