Left the job due to extra hours worked yet no compensation. Was told “well, you signed up for it”. Bypassed on promotion without being given the opportunity to even apply. Given to junior man. Also I couldn’t work the shifts anymore. Used to be an enjoyable work place but has since turned to a “poisonous” atmosphere.

Adopt a zero tolerance policy for work place bullying, and don't say you have a policy in place because the one you have is a joke. Bring in a comprehensive punishment process for offenders and don't protect the higher management from being accountable from such punishments. Also I believe drivers would benefit greatly from having a swamper to assist with cylinder deliveries. The trucks are also terribly under rated in engine Jake brakes and as a result require more brake applications especially in BC. Please address that for the safety of your drivers and to save the cost of changing brakes more regularly.
Fast paced, no time to take breaks, usually more work then possible to finish in day without doing overtime
Unsafe workplace and outdated equipment. If you get hurt even it’s not ur fault you will be fired . They know their way around labour laws. You will be successful if you don’t have any personal life
