Be honest and just answer questions they asked truthfully don't be scared to ask them to explain if you don't understand questions being asked
I would have 1 manager 1 fulltime and 1 part time, make sure there is ample stock on shelf to sell eliminate most store transfers unless neccessary. Make sure employees are included in the kudos of the store not just one person. Have more reasonable priced paints.
You are welcomed in to the company followed by a one on one talk with the manager. Its an open communication where you are asked to indicate what you are bringing with you to the company and how you will be of good if accepted. The manager then changes to more important things to find out if you could be a good team player and are able to work under pressure but still keep motivated..
