I started in one area and was promoted within 6 months within 1 year I was responsible for a Dept. Currently I am responsible for assisting one of the best Sales Teams out there. I work for a Group that acknowledge your hard work. I work for a Group where the GM works the floor, takes the time to know who you are. The Group looks after there employees they have employee appreciation day which they provide Food Trucks and even Dinners out of the Dealership, Gift Cards are handed out regularly isn’t that amazing Simply your made to feel like family. The Policaro Group stands for respect, integrity and they treat the team as such The Group is a proud supporters of Sick Kids Foundation and many others. It’s a Family based company and they strive to treat us like part of there’s. It’s a fast paced environment but your never left alone, there is always part of the team available to help which you don’t see very often in most places . Our GM wants us to succeed and will do what he can to make that happen. Can you say that about where you are? I can.

Made to feel like you matter
Place where people can build career, learn and gain experience. Supportive and professional approach to coach people. A family like environment. People work here for longer time, it shows that they are so happy to work here.
Best culture and support to polish your skills
Worst place ever. Owners are rude and ignorant, only say hello to sales reps as they bring the money. There is favoritism. To get a wage increase you have to beg, there is no room for growth. Abusive Managers get away with that, no one makes them accountable for harassing people, if you complaint you get retaliation and don't even go to HR because is useless. The only good thing is the people, good co-workers that's what made my day for my time at this company. When I finally quit, that was the best day of my life.
