Just be yourself, its not difficult to get into if you are qualified for the position. We are always looking to hire as our company is growing.
A phone interview consisting of basic questions in regards to your experience, education and interest in PLASP. A more in depth in person interview about your strenghts, weaknesses, interest, and they will ask you situational questions in regards to "what would you do if..." or "how would you handle...". There is an extra interview if you are moving into a Program Director position from Assistant or Supervisor with your Area Manager and a Regional Manager, in which they ask more situational questions in regards to dealing with behaviours, staff and parents. As well as asking about your future and goals and where you see yourself.
It depends on the Area Manager and how they interview. My interview was formal but very comfortable and not at all intimidating.
1 phone interview and 1 in person
