Yes flexible, they are not set unless you have a specific position like making dough where you start at 7am and usually end at 1-3pm depending how fast you work.

The hours are set, if you need to call in sick when you’re genuinely ill, you risk having hours cut to 4 a week or fear being fired. Not to mention getting the silent treatment from your boss if you ask for a day off. Chances are you’ll get called in even if you booked off
