• Provided supervision to all administrative and clinical staff members
• Supervised all aspects of Human Recourses and physician credentialing processes, hiring, orientation, training, supervising and evaluating for all new staff. • Maintained daily communication with CEO and CFO pertaining to all aspects of accounts payable/receivable and billing invoices
• Supported Clinical Director and Risk Manager with compliance processes for various licensures, accreditations and grants (AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, Medicaid, Medicare and other Regulatory Boards)
• Demonstrated understanding of therapeutic milieu, promoted a safe environment for patients and staff; used the least restrictive interventions available to help the patient control their behavior, demonstrated competence in the use of non-violent
  plus... crisis prevention techniques, competence demonstrated through skill demonstration and daily interventions with patients.
• Provided positive direction and open lines of communication with peers
• Oversaw state funded food program for clients
• Aided in marketing, recruitment and enrollment of new clients
• Aided in marketing the agency’s programs/services to physicians and other treatment facilities in the community
• Coordinated admissions to programs/services within the facility
• Attended Individual Education Program meetings

• Responded to written and telephone requests for information regarding services provided at the facility
• Made referrals to community agencies when appropriate
• Maintained all facility insurance policies and renewals
• Supervised all fiscal operations including facility maintenance, fire safety, pharmacy licensure and transportation maintenance
• Supervised Quality Assurance, chart auditing and filing for PHP, PSR ,Targeted Case Management and Adult Care Food programs

Productive fast and fun clinic

Register new patients, verify insurance, medical billing, operate switchboard-inbound/outbound calls. file medical charts, code prescription. set up payment plans. I learned to be patient and fast paced. Management was wonderful, understanding, outgoing willing to teach. Hardest part was not being able to help patients on my own. Most enjoyable part was completing my tasks everyday and doing what i enjoy the most.

Housing Manager/Supervisor for Female Housing (Ancien employé) –  Miami, FL5 novembre 2012
A typical day at work consist of answering any and all telephone calls regarding situations at any or all of my houses, making sure they are following the rules and meeting the guide lines and the rules and regulations. Management I guess I would say when you have an employer that can and do work with no supervision and you can trust that their intentions are for the best, you tend to show your appreciation and speak at office meetings or should I say boast regrding a job well done, therefore, in a professional manner we were a great team which made us inseparable. When being taught under his direction it made me more confidant about my work. He trusted me fully, I guess you could call it professional inseperable. I got along with all of my co-workers whom I dealt with, which was a part of my job. I was allowed to higher the best 2 people for the position, and we all bought to the table our own input (swag) in some sort of way, and it always came out for the good. their were other co-workers that worked within the clinic, I honestly feel if you asked the ones who knew me or of me they would call me a hardworker and a peace maker. the hardest part of the position was being available 24/7. The most enjoyable part of the job was being on site pretty much when ever duty called for me to be there and even when I wasn't.

it was a learning experience and a place where i learned to face my fears of wound dressing. co workers were helpful. workload was manageable and enjoyable.
