Very inclusive working environment, a lot of opportunity for career growth. Great benefits and great work life balance. The best company I ever worked for.
Good benefits, great management, a lots of opportunity for career growth
Loved working here. Staff is really nice and although the job is repetitive sometimes, you get to do different things as there is a switch every hour or so. I recommend working here!
brand new work space, great staff and management
long days, repetitive

There is a very low standard of professionalism and a lack of accountability all over the organization. People show up late to meetings or not at all without prior notification, leaving you waiting. Meetings constantly run over with no travel time between them factored in. Individuals dont take responsibility for their errors of shortcomings and shift fault rather than collaborate. Quality only applies to product production. productions
Lack of communication, No vision, always reactive, No objectives to connect the dots, No strategies, No career development, High turn over. If you are professionnal, efficient and competent, and looking to help out change an organisation for the best, do not go there
Most of the new people have a 22st century thinking approach
the organization is stuck in the old ways, no courage to do the real things unless they have to (by governments or else)
No communication, No guidance, No objectives, No strategies, No career development,No learning, High turn over (almost whole team's gone). Very sad what is happening at PMSC
high level management - no direction
A typical day at work is going in a 7am, working till about lunch, small snack break lunch break and summer hours great for summer . Gym in complex available to all employees. Good management.
cheap lunches at the cafetaria
Mon expérience chez Pharmascience m'a apporté beaucoup de connaissances manufacturières et pharmaceutiques. L'environnement de cette entreprise émergente m'a donné l'opportunité de m'impliquer dans différents projets de gestions et manufacturières.
Pharmascience was once a great company to work for. However, over the last 3 years this company has had big obstacles to over come in which they failed. The new management that was brought in did a great job in leading the company and employees to failure. Upper level management has no respect for their employees and there is an enormous lack of communication problem. There is a lack of leadership with no directives. Not many tools for employees to develop their careers and encourage moving up within the company.
Great employees, nice facility, finally got rid of the GM!
Major lack of leadership, lack of parking spaces, favouritism
Challenging jobs where you can learn a lot, especially if your a student or new to the pharmaceutical industry. However, you have to be careful as the work load increases very fast and you can get easily overworked. Management still needs to be better structured and streamlined A lot of micro-management and high turnover. Talent is also poorly managed.
Early Fridays, Great co-workers, Flexible Hours
Too many silos amongst departments
Pertes d'emploi a cause des mises a pieds Trop de contractuel Des bonnes personnes de travailler avec
Bon environnement de travail
Securité de travail, Salaire
Was given many opportunities & learned a lot while there. Felt appreciated & part of a hands-on team. Upper management has good long-term goals & vision, but mixed message(s) sent within the various departments. Summer hours (early finish on Fridays) were a definite perk !
Many employee activities & community involvment
Management changes - mixed messages
Co-workers were great but are they are unhappy but stay bc many yrs of service. They warned me about the micro management...wow is it bad :( Worst I ever experienced. Horrible management in A/R. High turn over. Extremely hierarchical but that is expected with incompetency and lack of managerial skills in that specific dept (insecurities). So much talent in A/R but it is thwarted by poor management and misguided priorities of manager. Salary is below market trends. Location is terrible so traffic is disastrous. Located in an area that was recently deemed to be in the top 10 worst traffic areas in Canada.... Yup...you read correctly. Google it.
Micro management. Micro management. Micro management....did I mention the micro management
