Each year, Pharmascience seeks out ambitious and innovative students with a strong team spirit: Next Generation Leaders. Students who participate in this summer internship program are given a strategic mandate on which they collaborate as multidisciplinary teams. Supported by a project champion, the students work together over the summer to prepare an action plan for these mandates, which is then presented to the executive leadership team, managers, and employees.
Throughout this internship, the Next Generation Leaders are also provided with workshops and divisional presentations to support their career development. This unique summer internship experience is also an opportunity to meet senior executives and explore the world of the pharmaceutical industry.
As a leader of tomorrow, you acquire:
- Concrete experience in your field of specialization
- Interpersonal skills in communication and leadership
- A network of personal and professional contacts
- A unique understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- An unforgettable summer!
