Flyer weekends and senior day get quite busy. It's hard to stay on top of the guests you've spoken to to help everyone, so despite the large flow of people coming in, it can be hard to ensure you hit your sales goal, whether someone else ends up helping them in the end while you're doing your rounds to give people space, or they simply don't remember your name because there is a lot going on between animals, guests, and pet counsellors trying to help everyone. It can get competitive between employees in those moments.
