les journees se suivre mais ne se ressemble pas. ce n'est pas redondant.on apprend plein de chose et c'est un emploie qui faut etre polyvalent
bon salaire et travail a plein temps
assurance collective assez honereuse pour la protection
The employees are great. Excellent team to work with and super supportive. They are skilled and know their job extremely well. If you put in the effort to understand their strengths and weaknesses you'll get great results. Management sucks. Politics, bias' and other things get in the way of everyday work.
I learned much about managing tasks during my time as you may spend a typical day with jobs to complete throughout the first 3 hours and then may be without work until another truck comes later on in the night. Not a bad problem to face, but organizing tasks and housekeeping duties can save a lot of time in which there isn't much to do.
• Working independently and without direct supervision • Strictly following company safety and operating procedures • Working closely with PepsiCo and stores management to ensure customer satisfaction • Constantly pushing to sell more company products and staying ahead of competition

My experience as an Pepsico employee was best. I really enjoyed employee - supervisor relation there. Frequent meetings and interaction with other employees really helped me alot to flourish myself.
Proper training but hard to keep up with quotas. Breaks are only 10 mins and lunch is 20. So constantly on your feet and very physically demanding. Most jobs require a lot of repetitive work. You should be prepared to work hard for 12 hours or 8 hours with overtime. Co workers I met were nice people.
Working at PepsiCo was great to start, however, once I switched roles to the downtown core it became extremely stressful. The trucks were not on time, and due to it being a pilot program I was left standing around most of the day. My manager was extremely rude and compared me to other workers. Horrible experience to end.

Good management and well payment
Day to day schedule
Lot of different people with different opinions. There are many people colliding heads. Really hard for them to make a solid decision. Workers are casual and just go through the daily routines as followed. Management has difficult time conveying messages from head office to workers and other departments. Lack of cohesiveness.
Had a great team to work with. Large territory to cover. IT management was great. Plenty of learning opportunities. Good benefits with pension and RRSP options.
Not ideal for someone with family or trying to have a family. Very stressful and demanding with the numerous amounts of people and activities required throughout the day.
No work/life balance
Very nice environment to work in Good staffs around and ready to teach you what you don’t know about the job. Pay is good and incentive to keep working on
My typical day at works was solving employee computer and networking issues, imaging and deploying new hardware, administrative tasks, etc. I supported 5 other locations in Ontario besides the plant. Managed full site network renovations, project management
