Driver/Merchandiser (Ancien employé) – Prince George, BC – 6 juin 2019
Work at Pepsi takes dedication and commitment. There is always a lot of work to do; for the full time employee there are busy seasons and then there are the BUSY seasons. The company vehicles are maintained fairly well, equipment is satisfactory, pay is decent.
Most of the work out in the field is done by individuals but sometimes there is teamwork. Drivers work alone, chase merchandisers mostly work alone, warehouse works as a team building orders.
Workplace culture and management of work load/time could be better, more team work would benefit all employees and raise personnel job satisfaction.
The hardest part of the job is the amount of lifting involved over the long days while safely navigating around the general public.

Connecting to your superior was easy and the hours were not too bad. You would often be required to take shifts for other people. You are required to work early in the mornings, so you must be aware of your own personality and work style.
