I enjoyed my time working for PepsiCo. The plant Manager is a good man. But employees would try to stab you in the back. I recommend this place to all new az drivers
Home daily and no weekends work
Physically demanding as the warehouse would overload some skids.
Four day work week, at 10/h work days. very strict in house rules, PepsiCo have a 10 rules of driving that are enforced. log in and out is all done via Iphone or Ipad. (Iphone is provided) must have a good knowledge of modern electronics.
They promise you this pay until you find out you have to work there for 8 months before you get the full pay . Some trainers are ok others will abuse you and belittle you . When you first start management will follow you around and pop up unexpectedly makeing you feel on edge all the time . They will lay you off also in slow season . If you don’t mind this by all means apply
Management, being laid off

Typical day starts at 5am, 10-14 hour days. Job is approximately 20% driving, 80% moving cases and bottles. Management is overall good, but will squeeze every last ounce out of you if you let them, to the point of exhaustion. Workplace culture has been better. The hardest part of the job is frequent schedule changes, long days, and common equipment failures, from trucks to power jacks. But the job does pay hourly. The most enjoyable part of the job is the open road, and meeting the customers at the some of the delivery locations.
For a driving job, the hourly compensation is hard to beat.
No work/family life balance.
Drive the truck to the customer and deliver the produce. Amazing Management, at first the hardest part is to find the customers if you are not in the area all the time. otherwise the work is an amazing job if you like hand on type job.
Job is very physically demanding, so you definitely get your exercise. Management doesn't really understand your day to day challenges and is fairly clueless about the driving portion of your job. There is plenty of overtime in the summer, but they get very slow in the winter. There is pretty much no chance to move up in seniority or into a truly full time position. There are drivers who have been there for 3 years that still don't get full time hours in the winter. It is a good job to make a bunch of money over the summer.
Good Excercise, Good pay, lots of overtime in summer
Clueless management, too much work to do in a day, no chance of advancement
4 day a week is a nice work week. Good ppl and nice to be home every day. Every job has it ms good an bad this one is no different. Fast paced environment Monday to Saturday all shifts available
Long hard days
