I learned much about managing tasks during my time as you may spend a typical day with jobs to complete throughout the first 3 hours and then may be without work until another truck comes later on in the night. Not a bad problem to face, but organizing tasks and housekeeping duties can save a lot of time in which there isn't much to do.

Service each account specified in timesheet each day in a timely manner Confirm service and delivery schedule with PepsiCo coordinators and drivers, as well as communicating with store managers about store information, key contacts and sign-in policy. >Organizing secondary locations such as racks and displays to match with planograms & traffic flow. >Practice efficient time management skill to service accounts efficiently within established time periods.

My experience as an Pepsico employee was best. I really enjoyed employee - supervisor relation there. Frequent meetings and interaction with other employees really helped me alot to flourish myself.

Worst company to work for. Zero Communication, poor pay especially when given extra work/tasks to do daily, which is every day. Management if out of touch of what a human is able to do in a day and too afraid of upper management to say NO. This company doesn't want to hear suggestions of how to improve. Their new system of Dynamic routing is an absolute and complete failure.Months and months of absolutely poor and disruptive deliveries, highlights that the company doesn't care about their customers. Management refused to listen to drivers concerns, even when management hold meetings. The new ordering system, precision ordering is a waste of time and energy. Management told staff to ignore the instructors that were briefed and to always modify the orders to bring in more product. The question is then why bring in an ordering system if staff is not able to utilize it in the manner it was designed for. If you bring any observations as constructive criticism you will be labelled as being difficult. They only way Pepsico continues to grow is they force product into stores thru auto allocations. Bringing in Sales Management team (CDMs)directly out of University with little life experiences and placing them in charge of growing multi million dollar accounts, stores managements connect and respond better to more mature staff, especially since the CDMs change over yearly. Run away from this company.

Pepsi is a great place to work but it isn’t for everyone. Expect to work decent hours Monday to Friday. A lot of merchandising involved daily . Lots of repetitive lifting . More of an account management role. Perfect job if you are great at forming and growing long lasting relationships. Good pay and 3 weeks vacation to start. Good Benefits.

While I was working there I put my best into the job as I do everything in life, but due to management it made the job harder to enjoy, as well as messing with all the employees hours so management could make the management look "good". As for the job its self i loved being in control of my day once it was given, although the days could be stretched out to 13 hours depending on what needed to be done, but as I mentioned above the hour cut backs made that only a 1-2 day occurrence. I've learnt that I definitely need a job where everyone works together instead of a massive chaotic jumble of employees with an incompetent boss.

Be prepared for really short shifts or really long or last minute hour cuts because it all depends on retails selling product.
