Start early and go as fast as you can. Any time not selling chips is a waste of your personal time, like all warehouse work and driving and talking. Take breaks if you want to work longer. Advancement only happens if someone retires or gets fired. But there's a dozen people above you who all have seniority. You can make good money if you can leave home for a week or more at a time or if you get a lead position on a large format route looking after big stores. If you like freezing in winter or sweating in summer then this job is good for you if you get a small route position going in and out of little stores all day long.
The places used to be awesome ! New management too over and it’s a dive . Turnover is very high ... no room for advancement... they take advantage of employee’s based on quickness . Busting your butt for nothing .
Great pay, good HR
Grumpy old guys working 40 years, worst management ever ... management are all friends and don’t care about employees.
Start YOUR day someone is late every day, sometimes same guy 2-3 days nothing is said, you work hard while every one else is either on there phone or actively hiding to avoid work. If your a time thief or like to take false comp claims than Pepsi is for you. They do not value hard or dedication. Worse management and lazy environment

A typical day working as Merchandiser at Pepsi You get a phone and you check in what stores you work. Get to the store check on a notebook all what you need to fill as well clear your sales area from other products non related to Pepsi merchandise. On a delivery date need to work the pallets you get delivered to the location it requires a lot if energy (pulling pushing lifting)
Work alone, pay
Work alone, Long hours, 7 day available a week and on call anytime they want you to work
Shifting from being a great place to work to being riddled with mixed messages to employees as to what the true company objectives are.
This company focuses more on shareholder dividends, profitability , excessive business controls, micro management, and finding ways to creatively reduce wages.
Flexible hours. Decent benefits
Poor pension plan. Poor employee-employer loyalty
Very busy work environment during the summer time. Excellent pay for Warehouse Work, weekly pay friendly work environment with co-workers. Hardest part of the job would be the constant bending/twisting you do on a day-to-day basis.
Free Supper every 2nd Thursday
Overtime is daily and extra cash always helps pay bills.
i was overall happy but management was poor at times, great guys to work with while working. benefits were a great perk to the job as it requires a lot of bending and kneeling
long days but you get free expired chips
