Avis d'employé sur PepsiCo
Short work weeks
The entire building and all the different departments have double standards. Everyone hates their job and complains about management. Communication between floor worker and management is frail.

Management got nasty and started making life difficult for me when they found out I was pregnant. Forced me to leave in a legal manner, by switching me to hours they knew I couldn't work therefore forcing me to quit. Not before they belittled me and made me cry by ganging up on me in a meeting that they held to make sure I knew nothing that had happened leading up to this was their fault but my own. Horrible place to work for a women who has a family or wants to start a family while working there. BUT the women who don't work on the wearhouse who sit at desks all day are aloud to start material leave right away. Where is the sense in that !?
If you wish to succeed and go up in a company... this isn't the company for you . There's alot of favoritism within the work place. The people you work with however make the job enjoyable. Pay is good hours aren't bad. They will say ur performance is key. It is a big company therefore you are just a number to them . Your numbers do not matter. As long as they get the day finished on time that's all they care for .
Typical day at work in the warehouse at the Lethbridge site involves lowering your expectations of the food service industry. I learned to drive forklift but also not care about cleaning up and only focus on numbers and getting things done fast. Management only focuses on numbers and getting things done faster. Not much focus on Health and Safety, even though they always say that's the most important. The workplace culture is typically to go behind someone's back to get ahead. No one likes going to work and they all complain amongst themselves about how bad it is. The "Speak up" line is garbage. Hardest part of the job is standing on your feet all day and listen to management lie to your face and workers complain. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning to drive forklift.
Pay is alright, Benefits are good
Long hours on your feet, Unaccountable management, Dirty work environment
