Avis d'employé sur PepsiCo
Not your typical driving job, but can be fun at times.
Typical day starts at 5am, 10-14 hour days. Job is approximately 20% driving, 80% moving cases and bottles. Management is overall good, but will squeeze every last ounce out of you if you let them, to the point of exhaustion. Workplace culture has been better. The hardest part of the job is frequent schedule changes, long days, and common equipment failures, from trucks to power jacks. But the job does pay hourly. The most enjoyable part of the job is the open road, and meeting the customers at the some of the delivery locations.

For a driving job, the hourly compensation is hard to beat.
No work/family life balance.
I enjoyed my time working for PepsiCo. The plant Manager is a good man. But employees would try to stab you in the back. I recommend this place to all new az drivers
Home daily and no weekends work
Physically demanding as the warehouse would overload some skids.
They promise you this pay until you find out you have to work there for 8 months before you get the full pay . Some trainers are ok others will abuse you and belittle you . When you first start management will follow you around and pop up unexpectedly makeing you feel on edge all the time . They will lay you off also in slow season . If you don’t mind this by all means apply
