Do not work for Pepsi! Zero life work balance. Management is the worst! They expect way too much for such little pay. Very toxic place! Union is so strong so really hard to get in permanently.

This is a great place to work. The work load isn’t by any means unrealistic. The culture at Frito-Lay is second to none. I left because of restructuring of the warehouse. I would definitely work for the PepsiCo group again if an opportunity come up. It’s a great company.

Sales Representative / Merchandiser (Ancien employé) - London, ON
I worked for Pepsi for several years before going into Sales there. Overall, the job was not difficult. You started early, and finished whenever you were done your stores which was nice during light times, but heavy during busy seasons. The only issue was that there are so many moving parts that you as the Sales Rep have to take a bullet for: - If a delivery didn't arrive on time, even though it's not your fault, you got an ear-full for that - If a Merchandiser didn't do a good job of filling the shelves, you got blamed for it - You could never call in sick, because there is no backup plan for you not showing up. You just came into work the next day with many angry people waiting to tell you what happened when you weren't there.

Labour Worker (Employé actuel) - London, ON
Its an alright job but if you like being discriminated then go ahead. The company advertises that you get full time hours but in reality you do not. They expect you to be by your phone all the time and when they call you they do not like it if you turn them down. The only way for this company to get better is to get rid of the every single person in management and get real ones in. You get no help and if you bring calls back that you are not able to finish for the day they tell you that its unacceptable. The contract that is written within the union is very poor and it only protects the company and not the worker(s). My suggestion is to stay away from this company.
