Interview, then email saying you passed the interview, successful reference check, conditional offer, submission of VSS and proof of credentials, then finally info session and start date.

It is rewarding but challenging as there are always a high number of very qualified candidates. You must be knowledgable, responsible, have accumulated a good range of volunteer experiences working with children, be fluent & proficient in English, provide excellent references, exhibit exceptional role model/personal qualities as your job requires working with children, be knowledgeable about teaching concepts & display a sense of willingness to have positive, ongoing communication with parents as well as one’s colleagues. The interview process definitely selects capable individuals who are passionate about teaching students.
