New Management are unfair, uncaring, bad attitude
Change in staff is demoralizing when you see long tenure and excellent colleagues leave.
Long tenure employees who are doing an excellent job are terminated. Replacement staff are inexperienced, rude and don't have the capabilities, nor want to do the same workload. They take advantage - leave whenever they want, don't care, selfish, don't have team play....
Employee retention is lacking.
Job advancement is unfair.
Candidate selection is unfair.
Replacement candidate are thru who you know and how well you can "suck up".
