Parkland is growing too fast. They don't take the time to integrate all the new components properley, as they are just buying their competitors.
It's a great place to learn new systems and to learn how to be more efficent by yourself. There are no procedures and it's easy to play with the reports to try to find out new ways to do your job.
But they are not employees oriented, There is no system, no support, and there is no chance to grow in this company.
They just ask you to do more without recognizing your work or your achivements.
They pay well though.
If someone wants to grow in a company, achieve goals or to thrive, it's not the place to go.
If you want a place that pays well and that's it, then you're at the good place.
