This is a hard question to answer, it really depends on the position. Each person plays a unique role in supporting PARC’s operation and mission. One thing I’ve heard from new employees, across many positions, is that remembering resident names can be challenging at first. Understandably so, there are a lot of people to meet when you join our team.

I'm afraid of preparing to much food and watching it go to waste. However, making too little is also a problem. This, I am working in order to find a balance between the two.
Quality is already excellent :)
Not knowing where everythis is at first.
Work overload to washing dishes as a server to polishing glass to a broken dishwasher for a year to making drinks like a bartender to serving drinks to serving lunch & dinner & a whole bunch of million things.
