Great Company, However....

Was a Great Place
It was a great place to work, had a great chef that cared about the food, people and tries hard but lack of support from company and management so he left and recently we had terrible management, bad hires and just a poor place to work. Its too bad.

Poor management/lack of respect
I truly did enjoyed working with the company when I first joined. The GM and managers at the time, made me feel welcome and appreciated my work. However, due to new management, the place is falling apart. Management does not even acknowledge you as a human being.

Management
Having to work with the company. The change in management through the years has greatly affected the culture in the company. It may be best to get to know employees and acknowledge that they exist.

Only looking for “yes” employees. Anyone with opinions need not apply!!!!
No support from any management. Management doesn’t listen to opinions. They want your opinion they just want to do what you’re told. New hires have no skill in the area hired. So work is compounded so others have to pick up the slack. Understaffed and overworked. I would give this place a 5 star in the beginning. With new management and staff this place is definitely a ONE STAR. I would pu...
