Not even worth a star and if you like speed nursing and don't care if your work is done well then that's for you & a high turn over of staff
RN (Ancien employé) – West end – 28 juillet 2018
When on call then you still have to do your work day. Orientation- you have 10 visits +10 hrs with a 'co-worker' that doesn't get any bonus. Anywhere else you have minimal 40 hrs. Be prepared for just a ride along. Nothing is confidential due to files in' your vehicle' not sure the MOH checks our vehicles & whoever is allowed to drive your vehicle with client files in the vehicle. Nothing is doubled locked & they don't require a locked room with a desk with a lock or a criss-cross shredder. Standards are low. There is no flexibility of work hours.
payroll errors and not paid your actual hours of work due to prep time unpaid- no time for yourself

It was a interesting and fun job
Personal Support Worker (Ancien employé) – Kingston, ON – 14 octobre 2019
I’m just tired of running around to different places and having scattered hours in a day. In Kingston it was lots of driving at times and with the price of gas it’s just not worth it. Besides that it was a great job my supervisor was amazing.
Redundant staff. Selfush emplotees. No team work. Not willing to help new employees. Over-stressed and dusgruntled floor supervisor.
Ex Employee. (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 10 octobre 2019
Incompetent Staff. Train people on an old Staffing Software built for them .since 1the 1980s. .Old employees are not willing to help new employees. Over-stressed and disgruntled floor supervisor. A pathetic work place.
