Less than 30 hours a week, bad if you live off paychecks. Hours will be cut. If your looking to expand culinary skills, there are no challenges here. 5 hours a shift or less. Lots of micro management. Poor sanitary procedures. Staff will often wipe with paper towel and water. You will be taught to prep with no chance to practice the same prep. Follow the recipes and you are wrong because the recipes arent updated. If your liked by management you will get good tips. Kitchen could be cleaned more often.
