Very unique place to work. Lots of culture. It was very professional from the owners that carried through all the staff. Was a pleasant experience working with the Pampa Team.
Don’t work here
Not a good place to work. The owners mistreat all of the staff. That are greedy and the servers have a lot of their tips given to the managers on top of the 7% they already tip out. Not a good place to work. Staff are great, owners are awful.
Incredible coworkers the managers are professional and very respectful. Owners are difficult and do not follow the rules leaving managers in a difficult position. For the owners you are just a number.
Good place to work
I worked 2 years in the Grill area. The team of "gauchos" are very kind and hardworking. The FOH and BOH team are all kind and friendly. A very good working atmosphere. Managers are open to talking about our joys and dissatisfactions. I have good memories of the Calgary team. At Christmas time it is very busy and it is a little stressful.

Great place to work, poorly manage
Great team to work with but the owners are selfish, racist and no respect to some of their staff. Their corporate team is a joke and inexperienced. Most of the time, they don't know what their doing and they are just relying to their hourly staff. Both chef from corporate and owner wants to serve the food even though it is not good, expired or it fell from the floor to save cost. They always cut corners to save money even though it is illegal. If they like you, they will make your your life easy (even though the staff is useless) but if they don't like you, they will make your life miserable to forced you to quit so they will not pay severance.
