Do not go to Paladin. You may even break a bone in training and you can't hold them accountable because you have to sign a waiver or you don't get employed by them.

Be honest even if you've made some past mistakes and show that you did learn from the past.
Be passionate about the position, research/learn about the company before your interview.
Show interest and have a positive attitude.

RESEARCH THE COMPANY! Do not come into the interview, and say "I don't know much about Paladin".
Don't come under dressed, first impressions are made within the first 8 seconds. Wear a suit, wear business attire.
