Culture change impacted company
Transition of company from Canadian owned to a multi-national merger to an Ireland-based tax haven to avoid US and Canadian tax responsibilites resulted in a complete culture change.
Administrative Assistant in Saint-Laurent, QC
bunch of incompetent egotistical airheads; management and people making decisions are malicious and lack intelligence but think they are smart. Super high turnover.
Sales Representative in Field
Horrendous company to work for! Management has no understanding of specialty business. High turnover. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
A company that should not be in the specialty space. Terrible communication, high turnover, horrendous management. People in positions of authority that have no understanding of what they are doing. Horrendous work culture.
Coordinator in Saint-Laurent, QC
Too much work for one person
Pushed to work overtime
I was encouraged to push back on timelines but not given enough time to deliver. Difficult personalities there who don't give you a chance. Not the best place to work if you are looking for work-life balance. Management seems to have forgotten where they started and are not supportive. Only younger females promoted. Workload is double with no backup support, pay is very low.
This place is such a mess from the top down ... they hire and fire yearly. While i was there ( under 3 years ) they went through 16 people!. They have managers of seasoned sale people who have such little sales experience, it was embarrassing in front to physicians.
Pay is lower than most companies and you are a little entrepreneur they say - which mean no support , do most of the "other " work yourself.
I worked with good people, but so many people were VERY stressed in this environment. Two went on stress leave!
