The colleagues and most of the passengers were great, but management is terrible and out of touch with daily operations.Assigned buses were often not there at all or not ready.

I had worked there for 10 years and would still be there if not for Covid 19, I really miss working there. But the way PWT treated all the employees was very disappointing.

always had a great day at the work place. We all worked as a team. Management was always help full. Sometimes the hardest part of the job was long days while doing tours that were on a very tight schedule. I a lot while working here. Respect for co-workers, Work well as a team. Safety, Honor the rules of the company. Always be polite to customers, staff, co-workers. I really don't have anything to say about the hardest part of the job, But I truly enjoyed working each day for this company.

Enjoyed working with the company.It's just that Employees gossip a lot from the management, drivers down to washbays.The current Manager and Supervisor doesn't have a fair treatment to the employees. They listen to employees untruthful gossip rather than resolving the problem.

Great place to see the world

Corner office with a comfortable seat to see the world. Working for Pacific Western is a great place to work. The fellow drivers are always on hand to assist and have a good laugh. Options abound to drive different vehicles from schools buses to highway coaches.

this company has some old school thinking and is top down corporate mentality, they struggle to deal with unions and government, but a solid business, with good management, they need to be more responsive to employees.

(Reviewed Transit Division). Was a pretty decent place to work, if you can get through the over worked nightmare that is the spare board. 13 days straight and 1 day off is a little much. Poor route design due to increased ridership, puts unneeded stress on the drivers to try and stay on time, to connect to transfers. I ultimately quit for a 4on4off rotation with a different company. Much happier now.

Was a good company to work for. The job was pretty easy. Cleaning the oustide of the buses is ok but you clean every bus. Cleaning interiors you clean maybe a third of the fleet but its hot inside the buses

Main item for concern was lack of sleep. Moving buses in the middle of the night, cut into early morning work hours resulting in inadequate sleep. I hear it is much better now however.

The company is good with good sense of safety in mind. But management here is not worth calling a management. Supervisors keep personal grudges and prejudice against certain employees. The safety trainers breaks the safety rules. Its all big talks from big mouths. Pay scale is good but its not a homely environment.
