Great Management
It was a very fast-paced environment, management (called People Leaders) are very bright and care for their team - that was my experience. My manager was amazing, she cared for our team and consequently lead to me wanting to work harder and go above and beyond for my team. Very bright people on my team of 3. Would definitely recommend working here, even if just to get into the Loblaws Enterprise.

good
it was a very good company overall. I really enjoyed working for them.
My Pm was very active and willingly to let me do what i was hired to do.

Flexible working hours made it an added bonus.

Terrible place to work. They will not hire you unless you’re a certain nationality. They hire based on race not experience. Regional/District Manager is rude, has no people skills, can’t speak English or write an email. Have no idea how he became a Regional/District Manager.

Result oriented. Worked without supervision.
Worked without supervision. Exceeded monthly targets of sales many times. Received award for the Highest Sales in Team. It was fun atmosphere. Talking to prospects on defferent aspects and persuaded them to sale my Banking products.

Terrible Management and company policy
-Management is rude;
-Work conditions are terrible (work stand for the whole shift);

-Work from 11am to 7pm without enough support from team leaders;

-Abusive treatment by Regional leader, yelling on employees by the phone;

-When they ask you to cover someone and you need to use Uber, they don't pay for your expenses;

-Employes allocation are chosen by Regional Leader preferences instead of the employee residence location (Regional leader take decisions based on "preferences" and emotional state) low emotional intelligence;

-Team leader lies while promising rate raises, but it will never happen...

Numbers matter even if you excelled in Customer service
You’re judged on numbers not on customer service. Hard to sell the product which they have not made any changes for 20 years. People already have it. Management sucks too.

non-appreciative and make it well known you are just a number
You will be an undercover sales person posing as a customer service rep
This is 100% sales job, don't be fooled.

Even though you have been doing the job for a long time and meeting or exceeding all quotas and requirements this is the type of company that will make you apply for your job after your contract ends with previous contracted company.

they do not care about any of your past performance, nor do they care to ease your mind and give you the job, they like to see you sweat it out

the majority of your job will be customer service issues which you will have to be very knowledgeable about and this will take much of your time but ultimately you will be expected to reach sales goals.

Your customer service abilities are expected but never acknowledged. you will have to rely on the support from customer service by calling them when assisting customers sometimes. If you can understand them, they are very rude and do not want, nor will they, talk to you let alone help you to help the customer. Most of them act like they have no idea who you are. You will also get many different answers from them as they don't seem to communicate there.

All pc financial cares about are your sales and compliance to unrealistic rules.

Communication between related departments/products and services are non-existent making you feel in the dark about current issues or new services all the time. you will always be the last to know anything, reiterating the fact that you are nobody to them

learning curve required. You need to develop a thick skin and syn in with all the basic sales skills required. Very rigid platform interms of corporate growth.

Great company and people
Good place to work. Still defining solid processes to support overall delivery of projects as part of the PMO but great team environment and Management Team. Would definitely recommend working there.

Worked for PC financial through mosaic field and wasn't a bad experience with good balance. Its easy going and not hard to meet metric if you apply yourself.

It all about experience.
Typical days are basically when you stuck in some problems and still finds out the way to convert that problem in opportunity that is what I think makes typical days and even care for your costumers which is most important part of rule at work.

Productive and friendly environment.
Productive and friendly environment. We cared about our clients, and gave them a good advice for their needs. Management was really good and helpful. we had good support team, whenever we had a problem or question, they were there to help us.

Okay experience. Poor, unresponsive management.
Management could be more responsive and approachable. The commission is good and work hours would be given properly. Going behind customers can be a hassle.

Don’t even waste your time
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They’ll preach to you in the interview stages to you how “culture” is very important to them and you later find out that their version of culture is to disrespect colleagues and talk bad behind your back about you. Terrible benefits and work/life balance. They like to spend their town halls making fun of customers and hire an emcee that’s probably never worked a day in his life in banking.

Stay far far away.

Fun place to work
very nice place to work at, you can interact with alot of customers and get to know some. really fun environemnt overall. Just you have to stand for long periods of time.

The PCF President is never at the head office downtown. The VP's do not trust each other, do not collaborate amongst themselves. Upper management are forced to promote to staff a "blue culture" while they do not even believe in it, in fact they do the exact opposite (Blue culture = Blue Culture cultivates an inclusive and respectful work environment. This includes treating colleagues with dignity and fairness, and maintaining a workplace that is free of harassment, discrimination and violence. What PCF truly does and promotes is a Red Culture, it cultivates an exclusive and disrespectful work environment. This includes treating colleagues with degradation and unfairness, and maintaining a workplace that is based on harassment, discrimination and violence.)
I would never recommend anyone to work at PCF.

good organisation
Pc financial is a good organization to work with. The company gives you enough time to learn at your own pace. The Compensation is Ok along with Variable commission.
