Optel is a growing vision company that is expanding its footprint into other markets. Very dominant in North America and a strong player in the Pharma vision side of the business. Optel bought Verify Brand and has a Level 4 solution partner that they can expand market share against other full service providers. Optel is fun and caring company. Salaries on the lower side and if you are American they do not have medical or Pension benefits nor retirement (due to Canadian company that Gov't already provides for). Optel expects Sales People t be on the road and in front of customers 5 days per week and you must touch all your customers in some way (phone/email/in person) at least one every 3 months. You also need to create visit reports for management.
