Customers are forced to buy $4000 packages that are lucky to include 160lbs of meat. If the customer complains about the lack of volume the company will dock the rep $300+.
They claim to be all natural and free range. The fact is they have very little connection with "local" farms. Most meat is bought in bulk from a large meat cutter and repackaged.
Work life balance is terrible. You will be working 6-7 days a week. 10-13 hours a day to mininum. You will also be expected to answer all emails at ALL hour no matter what your situation is.
You do not get to keep your customers. Reorders are redistributed to Managers to pad their wallets.
