Sounds like a horrible place to work
Réponse du 13 décembre 2018If you’re permanent you can basically do whatever you want but if you’re temporary the managers nitpick about everything you do. very little followup to any complaints.

Réponse du 11 octobre 2020Know about yourself, job description.
Réponse du 15 avril 2021Treat the temporary workers and permanent workers equally. They say they do but in practice the permanent workers can show up late, leave early, break safety rules etc. and nothing happens to them. You get hounded about the smallest things if you are a temp.
Réponse du 7 octobre 2020Relocating
Réponse du 3 juillet 2019The pay/benefits for the support services is way too low for the amount of work/stress. the hospital wouldn’t run without support staff.
Réponse du 7 octobre 2020Find out the names of the managers, email your resumes directly to them, express interest in their department. Accept casual/temp positions, it is the ONLY way you are going to get a permanent position.
