I believe working as a team is huge in this industry. Unless everyone is on the same page work does not get done efficiently. If you have a question, ask, that way the job is done right the first time rather than wasting time and money to re-do. Working in this industry you should also be able to look at the big picture and be able to work and solve problems while thinking ahead about how it will impact the next step. Saying this, a person can never stop learning. On a daily basis you should be able to step away with one more way of doing something whether you realize you can do something easier or more efficiently, or someone suggests another option. Also, constructive criticism should be welcomed. I have worked in a few different fields and this by far i enjoy the most. I even put a hold on doing my paramedic courses because i enjoy being outside rather than cooped up in a building. Its a great feeling when you see what you have accomplished at the end of the day. then comes track cleaning. but then again, if someone enjoys that, they've got some issues of their own. This company is a great place to start out especially if you want the chance to learn and be versatile
outdoors, see what youve done at the end of the day
