Tight operations that tried to meet the work / life balance
Operating facilities were staffed to the lean side of the model and employees could be expected to be able to take on many different functions depending on the requirements of the day. Major efforts were made to ensure that home life had little impact from running a lean operation, however should the operation be down that personnel would assist to get in back up and running in a timely manner.

Never work here
I got hired just thinking of the money. It’s great. But man management sucks. I hate the disrespect at this place. Biggest mistake of my life. Never work here folks. Money isn’t everything
Unhealthy work environment but paid well
I worked there as an engineer after I was headhunted from my previous job. From the beginning there was clear conflict between mangers and there was a lack of clarity of what is expected of me. My boss was a huge micro-manager and lacked leadership skills. The pay was good to be fair, but not a pleasant work experience over all.

Never know when they'll be closing the doors.
Allowed me to get a first class certificate in power engineering but that is as far as my career went. Never got to move up to management, and further my career.

Great atmosphere and fun to work.
The environment is great and fun, and friendly.
I learned new skills and learned how to use new tools.
The challenges were tough but we're also a joy to tackle and great learning experience.
